# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
02 - Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika on a baking sheet. Spread in an even layer.
03 - Roast for 18–20 minutes, turning once, until the edges are golden and crisp.
04 - Remove from the oven and toss immediately with 2 tbsp hot honey so the broccoli is evenly coated. Set aside.
