10 - 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced small
11 - 2 cups shredded red cabbage
12 - 1 cup shredded carrots
13 - 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
14 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
15 - 1–2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped

→ Slaw Dressing

16 - 2 tbsp lime juice
17 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
18 - 1 tbsp olive oil
19 - 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
20 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Whisk together lime juice, rice vinegar, olive oil, honey or maple syrup, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until emulsified.
02 - Add pineapple, red cabbage, carrots, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeños to the dressing. Toss thoroughly to coat all vegetables. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
03 - Combine shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili flakes, lime juice, soy sauce or tamari, honey, salt, and pepper. Let stand for 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
04 - Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Arrange shrimp in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque throughout.
