# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It genuinely tastes like vacation, and you can make it before your morning coffee kicks in.
  • The chia crunch topping adds a texture that turns a smoothie into something you actually sit down and eat.
02 -
  • Frozen banana is nonnegotiable if you want that thick, acaistyle bowl consistency, fresh banana turns this into a drinkable smoothie instead.
  • Toast your coconut flakes and nuts in a dry pan for two minutes and the topping goes from good to the thing you start eating with a spoon before the bowl is even ready.
03 -
  • Freeze your banana in coins instead of whole chunks so your blender does not struggle and you get a smoother result with less liquid.
  • Salt sounds wrong in a smoothie bowl but a tiny pinch in the base makes every tropical flavor pop like you would not believe.
