12 - 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
13 - 1 teaspoon honey
14 - 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
15 - 1 spring onion, thinly sliced

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, mix the miso paste, softened butter, mirin, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and a pinch of black pepper until smooth.
03 - Pat salmon fillets dry and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the miso butter mixture evenly over the tops of the fillets.
04 - Bake the salmon for 12–15 minutes, or until just cooked through and the top is lightly caramelized.
05 - Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and blanch for 2–3 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
06 - In a large bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Add the green beans, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced spring onion.
07 - Serve the miso butter salmon hot with sesame green beans on the side. Garnish with lemon wedges, extra sesame seeds, and herbs if desired.
