01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Toss salmon cubes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Arrange salmon pieces on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar until smooth. Set aside for glazing.
04 - Bake salmon for 6-7 minutes until lightly cooked on the outside.
05 - Remove from oven, brush salmon generously with the hot honey glaze, and return to the oven for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through and caramelized.
06 - In a large mixing bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, avocado, green onions, and cilantro.
07 - In a separate small bowl, whisk together lime juice, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper. Pour over the slaw mixture and toss gently to combine.
08 - Serve hot honey salmon bites over a bed of avocado slaw. Drizzle with any remaining glaze and garnish with extra cilantro if desired.
