→ Chicken Marinade

01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
03 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce

# Steps:

01 - Whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until fully combined.
02 - Place chicken breasts in the marinade, turning to coat completely. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
03 - Gently combine avocado, pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
04 - Heat grill to medium-high temperature. Remove chicken from marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
05 - Grill chicken for 6–8 minutes per side until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Transfer to a plate and rest for 5 minutes.
