02 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
03 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
04 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch

06 - 1 medium carrot, julienned
07 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
08 - 3.5 oz sugar snap peas, halved

11 - 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
12 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
13 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
14 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
15 - 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
16 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
17 - 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
18 - 2 to 3 tablespoons water, as needed
