# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The chicken stays juicy, not dry, and every bite has a burst of real lemon and herbs – it feels like you cheated and made something fancy.
  • This has become our go-to for last minute guests and weeknight wins because clean-up is truly easy (everything on one tray!).
02 -
  • Don rush the oven preheat – starting cold ruins the sear and dries everything out.
  • Letting the chicken rest before slicing keeps juices inside and every bite tender (trust, don skip it).
03 -
  • Marinate the chicken for two hours if you have time – it brings out a whole new level of flavor.
  • Don overcrowd the pan so both beans and chicken roast properly and get that golden edge.
