03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together almond milk, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and ground flaxseed. Let mixture stand for 3 minutes to allow flaxseed to thicken slightly.
04 - Add diced apples and frozen blueberries to the dry ingredient mixture. Toss gently to coat fruit with oat mixture.
05 - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Stir with a spatula until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
06 - Spoon the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly with the back of a spatula to create a uniform layer.
07 - Bake for 40 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is set when gently pressed.
