→ Greens & Fruits

01 - 2 cups fresh spinach, packed
02 - 1 small ripe banana
03 - 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
04 - 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

→ Protein & Liquids

05 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
06 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
07 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, whey or plant-based

→ Healthy Fats & Add-ins

08 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
09 - 1 tablespoon almond butter
10 - 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, optional
11 - 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger, optional

# Steps:

01 - Add spinach, banana, frozen pineapple, frozen mango, and almond milk to blender container.
02 - Add Greek yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, and almond butter to blender.
03 - Add honey or maple syrup and fresh grated ginger if using.
04 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down sides of blender as needed.
