# Steps:

01 - Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through (about 5–7 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed.
02 - Add the diced onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes until vegetables are softened.
03 - Stir in the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Add the diced tomatoes (with juices), both beans, and chicken or vegetable broth. Stir well to combine.
05 - Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chili thickens and flavors meld.
