05 - 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
06 - 1 scoop (30 g) chocolate protein powder
07 - 2 tbsp almond milk

→ Berry Layer

08 - 200 g mixed fresh berries
09 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
10 - 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

→ Toppings

11 - 2 tbsp shredded coconut
12 - Extra fresh berries
13 - Dark chocolate shavings (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Whisk together coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
02 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened to a pudding-like texture.
03 - Stir together cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, and almond milk to form a smooth paste. Add a splash more milk if needed.
04 - Fold half of the thickened chia coconut cream into the chocolate-protein mixture until well combined.
05 - Toss berries with lemon juice and optional maple syrup.
